Future University Launches InvisiaX, a Privacy-First Social Media Platform

Something a little different happened at Future University, Bareilly, on 18th August 2026 - the grand launch of InvisiaX, a new social media platform started by one of the university's own students, Dhruv Pratap Singh. What began as an idea he was working on alongside his coursework has now turned into an actual startup, and the university ended up being the venue where it all went public.

The pitch behind InvisiaX is pretty simple to explain. Social media usually makes people sacrifice their privacy in order to use the service - but InvisiaX wants to reverse that approach and treat the privacy of the users as the core element of the platform itself rather than some supplementary feature. The platform has been designed with a specific identity in mind – it will be Indian and intended for Indians who want something different from existing options.

Dhruv wasn't on stage alone, either. Associate CEO Aryan Yadav has been a key part of building the platform and was recognised at the launch as part of the core team behind the vision. Chairman Mukesh Gupta was there too, along with a few notable guests - Mr. Hariprakash Verma, MLA, Jalalabad, Uttar Pradesh; Mr. Shashi Yadav, former State President of BJYM, New Delhi; and Dr. Veer Vikram Singh, MLA, Katra, Uttar Pradesh.
But the only thing that stands out about the event is its sheer size. Clearly this was not going to be a product demonstration on a small scale - the InvisiaX team was there in full strength, and a good chunk of the campus turned up too, with students packing the venue to watch the whole thing unfold. It came across as a genuine milestone for InvisiaX and for Future University both, almost as if the university was finally backing up its talk about student startups with something on this kind of scale.

Rooted in Future University and carrying real ambitions in India's social media space, InvisiaX now moves into its next phase - going from an idea on paper to an actual product people can use.
