The theme of the 11th World Ayurveda Day that was organized by the Future Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences was 'Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow. 'This event was held at the Happiness Center. It focused on Ayurveda, healthy living, and disease prevention. Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Rajendra Sinha attended as Chief Guest.
Students from all BAMS batches took part, along with faculty, patients, and members of the local community.
There were many awareness programs during the day. Some of these were the Yoga Awareness Program, the Ayurveda Awareness Rally, a Nukkad Natak, a medical camp, and an Ayurveda exhibition.
A seminar was held on the day's theme. Speakers included Dr. B. K. Singh, Dr. D. K. Dwivedi, Dr. Nidhi Yadav, Dr. Avesh Kumar, Dr. Deepika Joshi, and Dr. Shashank Chauhan.
The program was concluded by the awarding of medals and certificates. Then came the vote of thanks from Dr. Avesh Kumar to the vice chancellor, faculty, students, and all those involved in the program.
